Delivery
We deliver across the UK and to selected international destinations. Choose our standard service if you can wait a few days, or next-day if the job can't. Orders over £250 qualify for free delivery.
UK delivery
- Standard: Royal MailOur lowest-cost option for smaller orders that aren't urgent.
- Tracked next day: FedExFully tracked, for when a machine is stood still. Order by 3pm on a working day.
- Free delivery: FedExFree tracked delivery on orders over £250.
We deliver throughout the UK, including Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Delivery times are estimates and working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.
International delivery
We deliver to selected international destinations. The services available to you, along with their prices, are shown at checkout once you've entered your delivery address.
Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duty, VAT or customs fees by the destination country. These charges aren't included in our prices and are payable by the recipient. If you're unsure what applies to your country, check with your local customs office before ordering.
Good to know
- Same-day dispatchOrders placed before 3pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Later orders, and those placed at weekends or on bank holidays, go out on the next working day.
- TrackingFedEx orders come with a tracking number by email. Royal Mail standard orders may not include live tracking, but you'll get a dispatch confirmation.
- Large, heavy or restricted itemsMotors, pumps, gearboxes, bulk oils and long lengths of pipe or hose may need a specialist courier, and some aerosols and chemicals have shipping restrictions. If that affects your order, we'll contact you before dispatch.
- Damaged in transitIf your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
- Missed deliveriesIf you're out, the courier will leave a card or notification. Please arrange redelivery or collection within the time the courier allows.
- Check your addressMake sure your delivery address and phone number are correct, as couriers may need to contact you.
