Where we deliver
We deliver across the UK, including Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands, and to selected international destinations. International availability and charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
International delivery
For international orders, delivery times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applicable in their country.
Order processing
Orders placed before [15:00pm cut-off time] on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Tracking
Tracked FedEx orders will receive a tracking number by email once dispatched. Royal Mail standard orders may not include live tracking but you will receive a dispatch confirmation.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a calling card or notification. It is your responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection within the timeframe specified by the carrier. We are not liable for goods returned to us due to failed delivery where accurate address details were provided.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
