Your right to cancel
As a consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To cancel, contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@industrialoutlet.co.uk. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, installed, or modified, or where the original packaging has been damaged or destroyed.
How to return
Contact us at sales@industrialoutlet.co.uk before sending anything back. We will provide our returns address and a returns reference number. Please do not send goods back without contacting us first.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original delivery charges are refunded only where the entire order is cancelled within the 14-day cancellation window. Return postage costs are not refunded.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. In these cases we will arrange collection at our cost and offer a full refund or replacement at your preference.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
Exemptions
The following cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Items that have been cut, modified, or made to order
- Items where the sealed packaging has been opened and the product cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons
